Business Development Manager EMEA
Poland, Warsaw / full-time
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele within EMEA focusing on global clients headquartered in Poland. The goal is to drive sustainable growth in the region through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This role will report directly to the CEO PEP Group.
Requirements:
- Proven 3-5 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in production, marketing, or advertising industries
- Knowledge of FMCG/automotive/electronics/pharmaceutical etc. global companies with headquarters in Poland and CEE
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Hubspot)
- Proficiency in English
- Written and verbal communication skills for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
- Highly independent with time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Get in RFI and RFP processes and lead participation
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
